When your transcribed documents are completed, you will be automatically notified to log into our secure website to download your documents for your review (in MS Word format) and for further processing.
Our team of very experienced senior transcriptionists and quality assurance editors will ensure that your transcribed documents are highly accurate and are delivered to you with a fast turn-around time. We do not (and will never) outsource your work to any third party organisation due to the risk of not being able to control the quality, the turn-around time as well as the confidentiality of the work. Our team is made up of a stringently hand-selected pool of dedicated contract as well as permanently employed staff. All our staff undergo regular internal domain knowledge training as well as adopt our continuous improvement methodology.
